Hi, I'm Abby. I'm certified as a Cognitive Behavioral and Sobriety Life Coach, EMDR Coach Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique Master Practitioner. I'm the owner of Meraki Consulting + Coaching where I offer recovery coaching for those overcoming alcohol or drug addiction, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, eating disorders, body dysmorphia and PTSD.
